“小学教育学”教学改革浅析

摘要:针对高校面向小学教育实践培养教师弱化的问题,在小学教育学教学中进行教育见习、参与教学、模拟教学等多样化实践教学的探索,有效地促进了师范生培养训练小学教师的角色意识和教学技能,还促进师范生去研习小学新课程教学改革,为培养适应教师专业化发展新需要的合格、优秀小学教师发挥了积极作用。This paper is an attempt to address the issue of the weakening of teachers'practical training accommodated for the course of primary school education. It explores several practical approaches such as teaching internship, participation, simulation, which can effectively help improve the role awareness and teaching skills of normal students, promote them to make a study of the educational reform of primary school new curriculums, and produce qualified primary school teachers, who are adapt to the need of the development of teacher professionalization.
