论高等教育学的生存逻辑

换个视角看幼教:理性让学前教育回归本原——访重庆市教育科学研究院学前教研员李传英博士

摘要:潘懋元先生将中国高等教育改革发展70年划分为新中国成立后7年、从“教育大革命”到“文化大革命”的22年和改革开放至今3个阶段。70年来,中国高等教育取得了巨大成就,规模大发展、人才培养多元化,更加适应经济社会发展的需要。中国已成为世界高等教育第一大国,正在向高等教育强国迈进。70年的经验也告诉我们,要按教育规律办教育。对于中国高等教育的未来,潘先生认为,应坚持依靠教师,深化内涵式发展;应统筹协调,激发各级各类高校的办学活力;要与时俱进,探索中国特色高等教育发展道路;要根据中国国情,重视高等教育学一级学科建设。Mr.Pan Maoyuan pided China’s 70 years of higher education reform and development into three stages:seven years after the founding of New China,22 years from the“Great Educational Revolution”to the“Great Cultural Revolution”and the reform and opening up to the present.Over the past 70 years,China’s higher education has made tremendous achievements,with large-scale development,more persified personnel training and more adaptable to the needs of economic and social development.China has become the world’s largest country in higher education and is moving towards a powerful country in higher education.Seventy years’experience also tells us that we should run education according to the law of education.For the future of China’s higher education,Mr.Pan believes that we should adhere to relying on the teachers to deepen the connotative development,coordinate and stimulate the vitality of all kinds of universities at all levels,keep pace with the times to explore the development path of higher education with Chinese characteristics and attach importance to the construction of first-level disciplines of higher education in accordance with China’s national conditions.
