在中职学校学前教育学课堂中采用积分制量化考核评价的探索与实践

摘要:2014年起国家开始抽检博士学位论文质量,规范性是抽检的重要内容。选取2001-2018年被引频次最高的50篇高等教育学博士学位论文作为研究样本,采用德尔菲法确定博士学位论文规范性评估的指标体系,并进一步采用专家法对抽样论文加以评估,继而得出抽样高被引博士学位论文规范性评估结果。经实证研究发现,中国高等教育学高被引博士学位论文存在主体部分结构比例不协调、文献综述问题意识不突出、研究设计及方法意识差、研究的意义与问题混淆、缺乏研究伦理规范等突出问题。为此,培养单位应加强对博士研究生的学术规范性教育,进一步完善研究方法课程设置,强化教育研究方法训练,制定高等教育学博士学位论文写作规范,完善博士生研究伦理教育机制。The Quality of Doctoral Dissertations is sampled for examination in China since 2014,and standardization is an important part of sampling inspection.In this study,the top 50 doctoral dissertations of higher education in China cited from 2001 to 2018 are selected as the study samples,by using Delphi method to determine the final evaluation index system of the normative evaluation of doctoral dissertations,then the expert method is used to evaluate the sampled papers,so as to determine the final results of the normative evaluation for the sample of the highly cited doctoral dissertation.Based on empirical research,there are some prominent problems in the highly cited doctoral dissertation of higher education in China,such as the incongruous proportion of the main body,lack of consciousness of literature review,poor consciousness of research design and method,confusion between the meaning and the problem of research,lack of research ethics and so on.Therefore,the training units should strengthen the academic normative education and improve the curriculum of research methods for doctoral candidates.It is also necessary to strengthen the educational research methods training and formulate the rules of writing in higher education as to build up a consummate mechanism of ethics education.
