摘要:高等教育的质量在很大程度上取决于高等教育评价的质量。高等教育质量评价的现代性,就是在当前社会现实和高等教育发展现状的背景下,高等教育质量评价对自身已有体系的扬弃以及对高等教育质量评价实施的理念、机制、过程等的创新和发展。科学的高等教育质量评价,要在理性认知高等教育质量评价与大学生学习机制辩证关系的基础上,确立起以评助学、以评促学、评学共轨的协同联动,以更好回答如何对高等教育质量共同发生作用并形成合力。The quality of higher education depends to a large extent on the quality of higher education assessment.The modernity of the evaluation of the quality of higher education is the discard of the higher education quality assessment to its existing system,and the innovation and development of the idea,mechanism and process of the quality assessment of higher education.The scientific quality assessment of higher education should establish synergies of helping learn through assessment,promoting learning through assessment,achieving the alignment of assessment and learning on the basis of the dialectical relationship between the quality assessment of rational cognition of higher education and the learning mechanism of college and university students,to better answer how co-act and form a joint force for the quality of higher education.
