摘要:随着互联网与信息技术的发展,人类社会已经进入大数据时代。大数据与高等教育治理的结合有利于推动高等教育治理转型。采用文献法和比较分析法研究大数据给高等教育治理带来的机遇、挑战及应对策略。就大数据背景下高等教育治理的机遇而言,大数据能推动高等教育治理主体多元化发展、改变高等教育治理主体思想模式、转变高等教育治理方式。大数据在给高等教育治理带来机遇的同时,也面临着治理主体的数据素养不足、各治理主体之间的数据沟通障碍、数据信息的庞杂性与混乱性等问题。为了使大数据能在高等教育治理中得到更好的运用,可通过提升治理主体的大数据素养与加强数据文化建设、调动利益相关者的参与积极性并建立科学的管理模式、加强大数据治理的相关制度建设及共享平台建设等途径,推进大数据时代高等教育治理的转型。With the development of the Internet and information technology,the human society has entered the era of big data.The combination of“big data”and“higher education governance”is conducive to promoting the transformation of higher education governance.In the paper the opportunities,challenges and coping strategies brought by big data to the higher education governance were studied through the literature and comparative methods.In terms of the opportunities of higher education governance in the context of big data,the big data can promote the persified development of higher education governance subjects,change the ideological model of higher education governance,and transform the governance methods of higher education.While the big data brings opportunities for higher education governance,it also faces problems such as insufficient data literacy of governance subjects,data communication barriers between governance entities,and the complexity and chaos of data information.In order to make big data better used in higher education governance,the big data literacy of governance subjects and the construction of data culture should be strengthened,the enthusiasm of stakeholders to participate to be mobilized and a scientific management model to be established,and the management of big data to be strengthened,the upgrading and transformation of higher education governance to be promoted in the era of big data by means of related system construction and sharing platform construction.
