我国普惠性学前教育公共服务体系建设的突出问题与破解思路–基于ROST文本挖掘系统的分析

摘要:学前教育督导是国家对学前教育实行监督与指导的有效机制和有力手段,学前教育督导队伍则是学前教育督导工作得以开展的前提和基础。当前我国学前教育督导工作存在督学队伍结构设置不合理、专业素养有待加强,督导法规制度滞后等现实问题。优化督导评估结构,建设内修外练的督导队伍,加强督导法制建设,成为改革和发展学前教育督导工作的必要路径。Preschool education supervision is an effective mechanism and powerful means for the state to supervise and guide preschool education,the team of which is also the premise and foundation for the preschool education supervision work to be carried out.At present,there are some practical problems in the supervision of preschool education in China,such as the unreasonable structure of the supervision team,the need to strengthen their professional quality,and supervision laws and regulations’lagging behind.Optimizing the supervision and evaluation structure,building supervision teams with high qualities,and strengthening the supervision of the construction of the legal system have become the necessary path for the reform and development of preschool education supervision.
