教育学专业人才就业现状及其对策研究——基于武汉市N所高校的调查

摘要:党的十九大报告提出了"建设教育强国"的战略决策,高等教育既是国家教育体系框架中的关键节点,又是高等教育学的研究载体。高等教育学"捉摸不定"凸显出"硬实""软性""柔情"的层级序列。高等教育学的"硬实"彰显于学科的嬗变历程与逻辑进路,源于学科地位、研究成果、研究队伍与学术精英等结构谱系。高等教育学的"软性"显露了弱化危机,涉及学科逻辑紊乱、解码能力内隐、发展潜力匮乏,外显在主体自我迷失和学科功能异化上,内涵式发展可谓举步维艰。高等教育学的"柔情"始终以"人"为核心进行教育向度的意义生成,促成学科想象力,继而凸显文化情怀和学科魅力。高等教育学的迷惘体现于无坚实的学科"根基",用物性逻辑代替学科逻辑,出现了价值回溯和实践流弊的倾向。高等教育学要正视其研究领域的"多重复杂性"与"不确定性",弥合动态嵌套的层级序列系统,在高等教育的价值证成和通达路径过程中实现学科重构。The 19th CPC National Congress put forward the strategic decision of "building a strong country in education".Higher education is not only the key node in the framework of the national educational system,but also the research carrier of higher education.The Muncertaintyn of higher education highlights the hierarchical sequence of"firmness",usoftnessn and "tenderness".The"firmness"of higher education manifests in the transmutation course and logical approach of the discipline,and originates from the status of subject,discipline status,research results,research team,academic elite and other structure pedigree.The"softness" has revealed a weakening crisis,involving the disorder of discipline logic,the implicit decoding ability,the lack of development potential,the explicit self-loss of the subject and the alienation of the discipline function,it can be said that the implicit development is difficult.The"tenderness"has always centered on"human"as the core to form the meaning of educational dimension,which promotes the imagination of the subject,consequently highlights the cultural feelings and the charm of the subject.The perplexity of higher education is embodied in the absence of a solid "foundation"of the subject and the substitution of material logic for discipline logic,which results in the tendency of value retrospection and practical disadvantages.Higher education should face up to the"multiple complexity" and "ncertainty" in its research field,bridge the dynamic nesting hierarchical sequence system,and achieve the discipline reconstruction in the process of value realization and the access path of higher education.
