高等教育公平的内涵特征及其政策保障

摘要:教师教育学科专业建设是在大学化教师教育背景下提出的重要命题,也是教师教育学科在高等教育中获得合法性的前提。本文基于对学科、学科专业、教师教育学科、教师教育学科专业等概念的辨析,明确了教师教育学科内部的概念体系和逻辑关系。同时,结合教师教育学科专业建设中学科知识体系尚未明确、学科专业建制尚未完备、学科专业与教师培养未有效衔接等现实问题和需求,提出了相应的解决路径,为教师教育学科专业建设提供理论方向,以期对未来高等院校教师教育学科专业建设提供建议。The construction of teacher education discipline specialty is not only an important proposition under the background of universalization of teacher education but also the prerequisite for teachers’ education discipline to gain legitimacy in higher education. Based on differentiation and analysis of the concepts of subject, subject specialty, teacher education discipline, and teacher education discipline specialty, the paper clarifies the conceptual system and logical relationship within teacher education discipline. At the same time, according to the problems existing in the construction of teacher education discipline specialty such as ambiguous disciplinary knowledge, incomplete establishment of disciplinary and specialty, as well as immature convergence between discipline, specialty, and teacher education, this paper puts forward corresponding solutions, provides theoretical guidance for the construction of teacher education discipline, and hopes to offer useful advice to the construction of future teacher education discipline in colleges and universities.
