摘要:通过对浙江省11所高校学前教育专业的人才培养规模(层次)、经费投入、课程设置等进行比较发现,省内高校学前教育专业人才培养存在明显的"降质提速"风险。本科院校办学"专科化"倾向严重、学科建设优质资源过度集中、地方高校专业发展潜力和空间被严重挤压、经费保障校际差异显著、学前教育专业人才培养目标模糊、人才培养标准不一。这些问题严重制约了浙江省高校培养幼儿师资的能力,也制约了弱势学校学前教育专业的建设。建议教管部门厘清省域内"高校-幼儿园"的师资供给关系,建立学前教育专业发展的各项"省标",统一学前教育专业人才的培养要求和规范,扶持地方本科高校的专业建设,从而有效促进高校学前教育专业人才培养的良性发展和地区幼儿园师资的稳定。This paper analyzes the training scale(level),discipline construction,financial Input,curriculum provision through the comparison of preschool education major about 11 universities in Zhejiang province.It is found that the preschool education talents training shows the clear trend of"Deteriorating Quality and Speeding up",there is a serious tendency for undergraduate colleges and universities to"specialize"in running schools;high-quality resources for discipline construction are excessively concentrated;the potential and space for the professional development of local colleges and universities are seriously squeezed;the funds guarantee is significantly different between schools;the training objectives of preschool education professionals are vague;and the standards for personnel training are different.These problems seriously restrict the ability of colleges and universities in Zhejiang province to train preschool teachers,and also restrict the construction of preschool education major in disadvantaged schools.Suggested taught within the tube department to clarify the provincial universities in kindergarten teachers supply relationship,establish a preschool education professional development of the various"logo of the province",unified pre-school education professional personnel training requirements and specifications,support the specialty construction of local undergraduate colleges and universities,so as to effectively promote the benign development of preschool education professionals in colleges and universities and the stability of teachers in regional kindergartens.
